Congratulations to Dmitry Bertman!

On the 23rd of October by the decision of the VI (XX) Congress of the Union of Theatrical Workers the Artistic Director of "Helikon-Opera" Dmitry Bertman was unanimously chosen as a Secretary of the Union.
